Pharma Tailor Made Systems, PTMS was founded in 1999. Pharma Tailor Made Services (PTMS), offers support services to the pharmaceutical sector on a variety of fields, presents a different understanding to provide creative solution recommendations.
Taking into consideration existing requirements of the pharma companies, PTMS produces individualized and unique solutions for each company.
Below are some of the projects implemented by PTMS since its establishment:
- Between 1999 and 2007, more than 3000 sales representatives from various pharma companies were given basic medical training and training on relevant products
- Educational books and interactive educational CD's on various subjects were prepared
- Medical consultancy service was provided for numerous products.
- Training-oriented simulation programs and games to be used in launch activities have been developed.
- Between November 2004 - May 2005, Good Promotion Guidelines Training was carried out with AİFD (Araştırmacı İlaç Firmaları Derneği: Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies Association). Initially, 809 employees from 30 association member companies participated in "Good Promotion Guidelines Training" aimed at constituting an environment in compliance with international legal and ethical codes in health service system
- Web-based patient monitoring programs to be used in clinical trials were developed
- Pharma-Sim Simulation Training aimed at improving "area management skills" of Area Sales Managers was carried out
- Training programs aimed at informing the professionals working in various fields of the pharmaceutical industry on the novelties due to changing codes and regulations during the process of compliance to European Union have been organized; more than 1000 persons from various companies participated in these programs
- A total of 177 persons from the pharma sector participated in the Medico-Marketing Trainings carried out during 2007
- Cycle meeting organizations comprising quite diverse activities have been realized
- Consultancy service on pharmacovigilance was provided and intracompany training programs were developed
- The First Pharma Executive Mini-MBA Program in Europe was conducted with the collaboration of a university in April 2008
